Do we offer custom products and services? Yes. Custom products and services are available for purchase for both personal and business needs. Sample products & services include: Home & Auto Decals, Coffee Mugs, Tumblers, Wine Glasses, Clocks, Car Air Fresheners, Jewelry, Key-chains, Face Masks, T-shirts, Invitations, Flyers, Event Tickets, Candy bars, Business Cards, etc.


Pricing

How much do our products and services cost? Products & services vary based upon a number of things such as: design, product size, & type of material(s) to be used. Please note that orders that require rush services will incur additional fees. Should you need to place a bulk order or would like to inquire about a product or service that is not listed, please contact us.


Discounts

If I place a large order, do I receive a discount? Discounts are disclosed at the discretion of the owner, but can occasionally be found on our social media platforms. Be on the look out & be sure to follow us! *Our social media links can be found at the bottom of the website.


Return Policy

Do we offer returns, exchanges or refunds? Returns, exchanges and refunds may be granted at the discretion of the owner with substantial proof that the error is on the behalf of Divine Designs by Nikki. Should a refund be granted, he/she will either receive a credit for the amount of the refund OR will receive the refund via the original form of payment. However, we do NOT offer returns, exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized products. Please ensure that spelling and grammar is correct prior to submitting your order. Should you notice an error after submission, it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of submission. You may do so by using the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your name, order number, and provide information about the correction that needs to be made.


*Free Shipping & Pick-Up

If I order online does my order have to be shipped? No. We offer *free shipping & pick-up. *Free shipping is available, but a pick-up appointment is required. Details about availability & location will be provided at the time of scheduling. Please note that your appointment may be adjusted & that it is best to schedule a pick-up appointment at least 3-5 business days prior to the date that the item is needed. To eliminate shipping costs, use code LOCAL at checkout. This code may be combined with other discount codes.
